You can find your personal QR code – your electronic key – in the 365Fit app. This QR code gives you direct access to the gym via the external door, 24 hours a day.

As soon as you enter, the lights and air conditioning switch on automatically. The toilet and shower/changing area are also available; the lights there switch on automatically.

How the QR code works

Open the 365Fit app and hold your personal QR code about 15 to 20 cm from the scanner. If the light turns green, the door will open for you.

Please also scan your QR code when you leave. This ensures that the real-time occupancy overview remains up to date and reliable for all members.

House rules for an enjoyable workout experience

  • Always check that the door is properly closed behind you.
  • Don’t let anyone else come in with you. Each member uses their own personal QR code.
  • Please wear clean trainers and always use a towel on the equipment.
  • Please clean the equipment after use with hand sanitiser or cleaning spray and paper.
  • After your workout, please make sure to tidy away all equipment, weights and benches.
  • Sharing or lending your personal QR code is not permitted. Your access may be blocked in the event of misuse.
  • Bringing non-members with you is not permitted. Doing so may result in your access being blocked.
  • You can stream your own music via the Bluetooth connection PDM 100V. Please be considerate of your fellow gym-goers and each other’s choice of music.
  • For your safety and ours, the gym is monitored by CCTV.
  • Always scan your QR code again when leaving the premises, even if you’re leaving together.

In an emergency

In an emergency, you can always exit via the outside door or, during opening hours, via the clinic.

Outside the centre’s opening hours, please use the green emergency button to open the doors. This also applies in emergencies where the AED is required. The AED is located in the corridor.
