You can find your personal QR code (your electronic key) in the 365Fit app. This QR code gives you direct access to the gym. Our gym is accessible 24/7 through the outside door.
Once you are inside, the lighting and air conditioning switch on automatically. You can also use the toilet and shower/changing room.
Access system
To enter, open the 365Fit app and hold your personal QR code approximately 15 to 20 cm from the scanner. When the QR code is read correctly, a green light will appear and the door will open.
When leaving the gym, it is important to check out again by scanning your personal QR code. We use a live occupancy overview so members can see how many people are currently working out. Checking in and out correctly keeps this information accurate and reliable.
House rules
- After entering, always check that the door is properly closed behind you.
- Do not let anyone enter with you. Every member must use their own personal QR code to enter. This is for everyone’s safety.
- Wear clean trainers and always use a towel on the equipment.
- Clean the equipment after use with hand sanitiser or cleaning spray and paper.
- After your workout, tidy away all equipment, including weights and benches.
- Sharing or lending your personal QR code is not permitted. It is for your use only. Misuse may result in your access being blocked.
- Bringing non-members into the gym is not permitted. Your access may also be blocked in this situation.
- You can stream your own music using the Bluetooth connection named Chordette 245 with the code 1234. Please be considerate of other members and their music preferences.
- For your safety and ours, the gym is monitored by security cameras.
- When leaving the building, scan your QR code again, even when leaving together with someone else. Checking out correctly ensures the occupancy overview is accurate and prevents problems during your next visit.
In an emergency
In an emergency, you can always leave the gym safely through the outside door or through the practice.
The emergency button may only be used in life-threatening situations. It is located next to the machine to the left of the door leading to the practice, in the corner by the window. When activated, you will be connected to the alarm centre. Speak clearly and towards the emergency button as much as possible for the best communication.
